Orders are usually processed and despatched within 2 working days.We will contact you immediately if there are any delays in processing your order.
We partner with Australia Post to get your order to you as quickly as possible and at the most competitive rate. Usual delivery time is 3-5 days to metro areas & regional centres.If you are not at the specified delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left so you can pick it up from your closest post office. If you have not received your order within 5 days (metro areas) please contact your local post office or email us at sales@jovian.com.au and we will trace it for you.
All flammable goods and large items, such as easels and large canvases, are delivered by one of our reliable courier partners.It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours.As a guide only, our courier partners attempt to deliver between 9am and 5pm.Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a guaranteed time of delivery. We can provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels.While our freight partners make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
Some goods are not despatched with Australia Post due to size and weight limitations. If you require delivery to a Post Office box, we reserve the right to charge you additional freight costs. These charges will be in accordance with Australia Post's rate tables.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering.Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately.Replacement items will be despatched at our discretion.
